The Italian Piadina is a staple of Italian Street Food in Italy, a flatbread originating from the Emilia-Romagna region (namely Forli-Cesena, Ravenna and Rimini).For centuries it has been made from simple, fresh, wholesome ingredients. The dough consists of 100% artisan durum wheat flour, cold-pressed extra-virgin olive oil, Mediterranean Sea salt and spring water.
