We’re embarking on a mission to take care of caregivers, so they can take care of the ones they love.
Rexall Care Network is the expression of our social purpose and the new identity of our Foundation. While our name and logo are changing, our promise to make a difference in communities where we operate remains resolutely and passionately intact.
We care for caregivers’ health and wellbeing by empowering them with information and community resources; by funding organizations that provide caregivers with direct support and assistance to enable them to continue taking care of the ones they love; and by funding programs in support of the children and older adults they care for, providing the caregiver with much needed respite (a break from caregiving).
Since 2002, we have been helping build strong and vibrant communities by supporting numerous charitab le organizations.
Over the past 17 years, we have contributed over $15 million dollars towards local communities through children’s and seniors’ programs and services across Canada.
In late 2018, we undertook a review of our Care Network commitments with a goal of bringing more focus to our giving platform and maximizing our social impact. We endeavoured to identify the cause that speaks to Rexall as an organization and reflects what is important to our employees and our customers - Caregiving is this cause.
